Not-for-Profit Entities
The non-profit discount is available to education, local/state government agencies and service agencies operating on a not-for-profit status.
Deadline to register for a session is 24 hours prior to the start of the session. Deadline to cancel reservation for any session and receive refund is 10 days prior to the scheduled date of the session. Requests for materials in alternative formats should accompany registration and must be requested no later than 10 days prior to the scheduled session. Every attempt will be made to accommodate individual requests made after this date but cannot be guaranteed. Late registrations will only be accepted as space allows and is left to the discretion of the DBTAC - Great Lakes ADA Centers. Late registration may impact the ability to receive materials for the session in a timely manner. An additional $20.00 fee may be incurred to cover the cost of expedited or overnight delivery of the materials. Refunds will be provided to reservation cancellations made prior to the cancellation deadline. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE AFTER THE CANCELLATION DEADLINE.
We reserve the right to cancel sessions at any time without notice. A full refund will be provided for all paid sessions should the sessions be cancelled.
